Practice Areas
Judith Aron is a partner in Dentons’ Berlin office, she heads the Europe Compliance and Investigation practice and co-heads the Global Compliance and Investigations practices. She assists companies in developing, improving and implementing customized compliance programs, business partners on-boarding process, and preventive measures. Judith conducts internal investigations and risk assessments, in particular for multi-national companies. Judith advises clients on all phases of compliance, investigations, remediation, and enforcement actions, including global companies, on preventing and detecting violations of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other applicable anti-corruption laws. Judith brings more than a decade of M&A and corporate transactional experience to her practice and continues to advise large multinational corporates on compliance-related aspects of corporate restructuring.
A founding member and co-chair of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) Germany, Judith is also a member of the Dentons Women’s Advancement Committee, which focuses on promoting female lawyers and executives. In addition, she coordinates pro bono legal assistance for Kiron Open Higher Education, a nonprofit EdTech organization that provides access to education for refugees and underserved communities in the Middle East and worldwide.

Led the investigation, remediation and negotiation efforts at all stages, including a non-prosecution agreement and settled enforcement action with the SEC.
