Ilka Diane Mehdorn

Dr. Ilka Mehdorn is a partner at Dentons' Berlin office, a member of the Dentons Europe Board, and Europe Head of the Public Law & Regulatory Practice Group. She advises on both public law and strategic issues, as well as contract law and compliance in regulated industries, particularly in matters of product-related environmental law and in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. She frequently advises on product compliance (e.g., WEEE, RoHS, or REACH/CLP, Battery Regulation; labeling), packaging (PPWR, single-use plastics; deposit systems), general waste law issues (e.g., end-of-waste projects; cross-border waste transport), and represents clients in administrative court proceedings, regulatory offense proceedings, and in healthcare matters before social courts.
