Rebecca Huxford

Rebecca specialises in international injury claims, with a particular specialism in cases involving severe brain injury. She is highly regarded for her client care and forensic approach to complex expert evidence.

Rebecca represents clients following serious international accidents, including UK residents injured overseas and foreign nationals who sustain serious injuries in the UK. Rebecca has extensive experience in running serious injury claims, with a particular focus on ensuring her clients have quick access to rehabilitation and interim payments, where possible.

Rebecca studied Law and Politics at Cardiff University before completing the Bar Vocational Course. She subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Rebecca worked for regional firm Barlow Robbins for five years before joining Stewarts in March 2019.

Rebecca is an APIL accredited Senior Litigator and Accidents and Illnesses Abroad accreditations, and is joint coordinator of APIL’s International Injury Special Interest Group. She is also a member of PEOPIL.

Rebecca is a keen gardener and cook. She is also a car enthusiast and a regular volunteer at the Children’s Trust Super Car event each year.
