Aimée specialises in complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, with a particular focus on claims involving brain and spinal cord injury. Aimée has significant experience of complex and high-value catastrophic injury cases.
Aimée studied Drama and French at the University of Bristol, before completing the Legal Practice Course in London. Having joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2011, Aimée completed a training contract with the firm and qualified into the Clinical Negligence department in 2016.
Aimée is a member of the Stewarts choir and is a devoted, if often perplexed, Arsenal fan. She enjoys dancing, travel and spending time with friends, family and her one-eyed cat.
Aimée’s current caseload includes claims arising from delay in or failure to diagnose, refer or treat a range of serious conditions by GPs, A&E, radiologists, neurological and orthopaedic specialists, resulting in brain injury, amputation or spinal cord injury.
As well dealing with complex issues of liability in clinical negligence, Aimée has assisted on catastrophic injury cases for which record court-approved settlements were achieved, including Sale, £12.5m, and Collier, £15m.
