Amy specialises in representing individuals who have sustained life changing injuries due to medical negligence. She is experienced in claims involving spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and amputations for both adults and children.

Amy has a particular interest in neurosurgical claims and claims resulting from a delayed diagnosis of meningitis or sepsis. She strives to obtain early admissions of liability and interim payments for clients, recognising how crucial access to rehabilitation, care and suitable accommodation are to enabling independence and the positive impact they have on the lives of clients and their families.

Amy joined Stewarts in 2009 having started her career in the clinical negligence department of a well respected London firm.

Personal

When not running around after her two young sons, Amy enjoys live music, cooking and baking. She also has a new found interest in interior design and architecture and, in particular, modernist and Scandinavian design.
