Emily specialises in complex and high-value medical negligence claims, with a particular focus on claims involving brain and spinal cord injury.
Emily’s current caseload includes claims arising from delay in or failure to diagnose, refer or treat a range of serious conditions by GPs, paramedics, A&E staff and surgical specialists, resulting in a brain or spinal cord injury.
Career
Emily completed a BA (Hons) in English Literature at the University of Sheffield before working at the NHS for a year. She joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2015 and commenced her training contract in 2016. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2018.

Emily’s interests are largely food related and include eating out with friends, cooking and baking. She also enjoys going to the theatre and travelling as often as she can.
