He qualified in 1995 having had a broad range of experience, in both civil and criminal litigation as well as non-contentious work. In particular, Rankeshwar has extensive experience in all types of clinical negligence and personal injury cases but specialises in complex claims which usually have a catastrophic injury element.

This experience has resulted in being involved in extremely high-value complex claims which have resulted in multi-million-pound settlements or awards ranging from brain/spinal injury to orthopaedic injuries.
