Jas is the head of our children’s team. He is known for his expertise in complex childcare law cases, representing parties who find themselves subject to applications where the local authority is seeking to remove children into state care. He specialises in helping parents with severe learning difficulties, those cases involving serious allegations of non-accidental injury to children, cases involving foreign jurisdictions, murder and radicalisation.

Member of the Law Society Children Panel since 2010.
