Jon is head of the funding team and has 25 years as a social impact finance lawyer. Jon is nationally recognised for advising housing associations on all areas of funding and finance, including capital markets. His expertise includes advising on green and sustainability-linked loans, as well as traditional bank loans, complex funding structures, including off-balance sheet finance, funding of joint ventures, and supporting the delivery of housing and regeneration projects across the country.
