Gill Peate

Gill is a partner in the litigation department, specialising in clinical negligence and serious personal injury. Gill deals with a broad range of serious injury claims and has a particular interest in cases involving complex medical matters, having settled several multi-million pound claims.

Prior to training as a qualified registered general nurse, Gill worked for over ten years in the NHS in a variety of hospital settings including general medical, orthopaedic and surgical wards. She specialised in nephrology and worked as a ward sister for five years on an acute renal medical ward. The experience gained during that time helps immensely in her work as a clinical negligence solicitor, not only in relation to the technical areas of a claim but also in her relationships with clients.

Gill is a member of the Association for Victims of Medical Accidents

She is accredited to the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and The Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel.
