We are a team of extremely well-respected team of specialist lawyers who have built up a strong nationwide reputation, acting mainly for claimants in a broad range of matters, ranging from modest value to complex multi-million-pound birth injury and associated public law, abuse and human rights matters including representing people at inquests.

We pride ourselves on adopting a holistic approach to the needs of our clients who have suffered clinical negligence, having developed an all-round service providing expertise in not only dealing with the substantive claim but also dealing with inquests, community care claims, mental capacity issues, Court of Protection and Trust work/education issues. We have intentionally recruited non-legal staff to complement and enhance our service including an ex-nurse and ex-social worker. They can provide unique “medical and social expert” advice alongside our clinical negligence/personal injury substantive litigation, which ensures that we cater for all aspects of the clients’ difficulties under one umbrella.
