Matthew is a senior partner at the firm. he leads our health and social care sector team. He is also a member of the employment and pensions team.

An expert in exploring complex issues, Matthew is a prominent advisor on National Minimum Wage investigations. His breadth of experience also spans everything from employment tribunals to managing executive departures.

Matthew was instrumental in guiding health and social care clients to implement mandatory vaccination regulations for care workers as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. He also played an integral role in the Mencap sleep-in case for carers which progressed to the Supreme Court.
