Uriel focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border finance transactions, with particular experience in structured finance, project finance, corporate finance and other complex financings for financial institutions, including multilateral lenders, sponsors, developers, and corporate borrowers. He advises on a wide range of transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, receivables financings, and financings supporting major infrastructure and technology projects in the United States and abroad.
Uriel has significant experience representing sponsors, developers, and lenders in connection with the development and financing of digital infrastructure projects, including subsea fiber optic cable systems, terrestrial fiber networks, and related smart city and transportation technology. He also advises on public-private partnership projects in the transportation and water sectors.
In addition to his finance work, Uriel counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments across sectors including telecommunications, transportation, financial services, and consumer products. He also advises on U.S. trade regulations and economic sanctions matters relating to Latin America.
