He develops practical, solution-oriented strategies to advance critical projects, address high-stakes disputes, and provide strategic guidance on business decisions, agency engagement, external communications, media relations, and representation before agency and department leadership.

Andrew has helped shape important law and policy at the intersection of natural resources development and environmental protection, supporting outcomes that benefit both industry and the environment.
