Przemek is one of the leading Polish finance lawyers with more than 20 years' professional experience. He has outstanding achievements in real estate finance, where he advised investors and banks in numerous complex transactions in CEE and other countries. He advised on a takeover of a leading financial institution, managing crucial financial aspects of the transaction such as the multi-billion, multi-currency credit line providing back-up financing for a mortgage loans portfolio. He also counselled on transferring an enterprise of a bank to a branch of its holding company, and on the financial restructuring of Polish companies, with subsidiaries in several jurisdictions. Przemek is also renowned for his expertise in project finance transactions, especially in the renewables sector. His advisory role includes multinational securitisation programmes and solvent restructuring transactions.
