Philippa heads the firm’s personal injury team and the clinical negligence team based in the Guildford office. She also works out of London and has clients nationwide, particularly in the South East and West.

She and the personal injury and clinical negligence teams are recognised as leaders in their field by the legal directories and she is particularly recognised for serious brain and spinal injury and fatal accident cases. She deals with road traffic and workplace accidents as well as public liability cases.

Her clinical negligence practice focuses on brain and spinal injury cases - particularly Cauda Equina cases and surgical incidents - and on cases involving delayed diagnosis - particularly cancer and meningitis.

Philippa regularly provides comment for legal journals and the press on current issues relating to personal injury and clinical negligence.
