Practice Areas
Philipp Szelinger is Counsel in the Construction and Disputes team of Wolf Theiss. He specialises in the conception and negotiation of construction, planning and consultancy contracts as well as in national and international construction contract disputes and arbitration. Due to his specialization, Philipp is the 'legal link' from development to the planning and constructive realization of many projects.
In addition to his ongoing publications in construction industry journals, he is lecturing in the field of construction contract law, from basic courses to alternative construction contracts and Building Information Modelling (BIM). During his studies, Philipp pursued internships in legal departments of well-known companies in the energy and steel construction industry.
