Peter Bugge Hjorth

Peter primarily works within the area of restructuring, insolvency and litigation with special focus on finance related questions, cross border restructurings, support to companies and lender based positions.

He has a broad practice stretching from regulatory work, bond issues, restructurings and insolvency work and cross border enforcement and foreclosure within multiple segments such as the oil and oil service industry, paper manufacturing industry, mining, retail and real estate. He has previously worked in the District Court and combines expertise in restructuring and insolvency with litigation work arising out of bankruptcy, debt recovery and restructuring and insolvency procedures.
