Per's main fields of practice are contracts and property law, negotiations and litigation/arbitration. He is a leading specialist in the field of dispute resolution and he is co-head of our Dispute Resolution department, with extensive experience with disputes relating to company law, buy-outs and M&A, stock exchange and securities legislation, contracts, real estate, professional liability (including board member liability) and insurance as well as maritime law and offshore matters.
