Labour, Pensions and Immigration.

Joined the firm in 2000. Co-heads the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team and is also a member of the Sports Law team. Provides consultancy in all areas of Labour law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships. Also provides legal assistance in Sports issues and Social Security and Immigration matters.

Acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation.

Often participates in seminars and conferences relating to Employment and Sports laws.

Also acted as judge of the Appeal Committee with the Portuguese Rugby Federation.

Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (since 2022).

Law degree (Lisbon University, 2000). Postgraduate Studies in Sports Law (Independent University, 2002). Postgraduate Studies in Labour and Social Security Law (Lisbon University, 2003).
