Joined the firm in 2000. Coordinates the Employment and Pensions team and is also a member of the Sports Law team. Provides consultancy in all areas of Labour law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships. Also provides legal assistance in Sports issues and Social Security and Immigration matters.
Acting on behalf of domestic and foreign clients, participated in several due diligence and corporate restructuring processes, advising on acquisition and sale of companies and business areas. Acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation.
Often participates in seminars and conferences relating to Employment and Sports laws.
Also acts as judge of the Appeal Committee with the Portuguese Rugby Federation.
