• Olena Tyshchenko, Re [2024] EWHC 838 (Ch): Represented trustees in a high-value bankruptcy. Appeared on appeal concerning the bankrupt’s application to stay the bankruptcy pending the determination of a creditor’s claim. Led by Peter Shaw KC.
• Despins v Ho Wan Kwok [2023] EWHC 74 (Ch): Acted for a US Chapter 11 Trustee in a landmark case on an IP’s ability to obtain privileged material under the IA 1986 / CBIR 2006 where that privilege is jointly held with a third party.
• PGD Ltd, Re [2022] EWHC 1801 (Ch): Appeared for a litigation funder in an important case exploring the limits of relief in insolvency litigation. Led by Joseph Curl KC.
