Alexander is an experienced litigator who has a broad chancery/commercial practice encompassing partnership/joint ventures, minority shareholder disputes, civil fraud, intellectual and real property, breach of contract, guarantees, and insolvency, all in the commercial context.
He specialises in international commercial arbitration, appearing both as counsel and sitting as arbitrator.
He has extensive experience of business format franchising. He has good experience of construction disputes as well as experience of insurance coverage disputes. He also undertakes non-contentious contractual advisory work.
Alexander is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator. He is included in the LCIA’s database of arbitrators.
