Julia has particular expertise in contentious probate and administration; and company and shareholder disputes both within and outside trust structures. In probate claims she regularly acts for trustees/executors and beneficiaries of high value Estates and has a particular interest in cross border succession disputes and domicile. She is instructed regularly in high value proprietary estoppel an TOLATA disputes with particular expertise in farming disputes. Julia frequently advises on breach of fiduciary duties and remedies for both directors and trustees.
She has appeared in the High Court in Cayman and Northern Ireland as well as regularly in the Business and Property Court and Family Division. In the Family Division she has particular expertise in intervening on behalf of companies, trustees and creditors in Financial Remedy Proceedings.
