Paul Imperatore’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital-style minority investments, and corporate governance matters. Paul has particular experience in transactions involving private equity firms and other financial sponsors.

Paul joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2013 and became a partner in 2022.
