Paul Burbank provides specialized commercial and regulatory advice across technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industries. The bulk of Paul’s work involves supporting client legal teams with practical, business-focused advice for the launch and adoption of new telecommunications and technology services and products.

Paul’s commercial work is IT-focused, assisting both institutional and growth clients on enterprise-wide outsourcing arrangements, cloud and SaaS arrangements, software licensing, and other forms of technology acquisition and implementation. He works directly with clients to review, negotiate and draft MSAs and other framework documents for business-to-business commercial transactions, as well as Terms of Service and related policies and warranties in business-to-consumer contexts.
