Patrick Ridinger represents real estate developers, real estate private equity firms, REITs, lenders and other institutional investors in multifaceted commercial real estate transactions, including the structuring of joint ventures and investment funds, as well as the acquisition, financing, management, leasing and disposition of office and industrial properties, hotel and resort projects, and retail and mixed-use developments. A LEED-accredited professional, Patrick also represents public and private companies in connection with the acquisition and sale of distressed commercial real estate loans and loan portfolios, and in restructuring troubled commercial real estate debt and equity investments.
