Paola Lozano

Practice Areas: Paola is Co-Chair of Skadden’s Latin America Group, Head of its Spanish language corporate practice and a New York based M&A partner. She has also been a member of Skadden’s Policy Committee, the equivalent of its Board of Directors. Paola represents privately held and publicly traded companies, investment funds, and other clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations and other matters, with an emphasis on complex cross-border and international transactions. She has been repeatedly honored by clients and peers for her outstanding performance on transactional matters. Clients include Citigroup, Grupo Werthein, Grupo Argos, Actis, Grupo México, Walmart, Moneda, Compass, Celsia, Intercorp, Nexus, Marubeni, Southern Copper, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and other investment banks.
