With more than 10 years’ experience, Ondřej has advised clients on project, export, real estate and acquisition financing as well as debt restructuring. Ondřej’s other areas of focus include insolvency proceedings and regulation of banks and insurance companies. He has represented a number of financial institutions in connection with acquisitions of regulated entities in the CEE region.
Prior to joining Dentons in 2023, Ondřej worked at the Prague office of White &Case.
