Joined the firm in 2006 and became a Partner in 2012. He is head of a public law team, and head of the Telecommunications team. Focuses his activity on Public Regulation and on Administrative Law, namely in public contracts (Public Service Concessions and Public Works). In the telecommunications markets he advices on regulatory issues one of the most important national player. He has extensive dispute resolution experience in administrative litigation and arbitration.
