Acted for Harlequin Property in its successful claim against accountants Wilkins Kennedy; acted for Faiz Siddiqui in his attempts to appeal against dismissal of his claim against Oxford University for allegedly negligent degree tuition; acting for Naibu companies in claims related to its ill-fated listing on AIM.
