Clementine Coram James

Clementine is a very experienced advocate with a well-established practice dealing with complex and high value clinical negligence claims for both claimants and defendants.

Recent cases have involved birth injury, wrongful birth, delayed diagnosis, spinal injury, brain injury and orthopaedic injuries where Clementine has acted as sole counsel and as junior counsel.
