Career

Nevena is a Counsel at CMS Sofia and a key lawyer in our Commercial practice. She is Head of the Competition and IP practice at CMS Sofia.

Nevena advises clients on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and data protection matters, including IP rights, domain name and trade mark infringement disputes (copyright and trade mark clearance procedures), infringement analysis, marketing and advertising campaigns related advice for commercial clients, competition and merger clearance advice.

She is also experienced in insurance and has been involved in advising insurers on regulatory matters, policy drafting, general commercial matters and claims handling, including claims related to third party liability in international road traffic accidents, property insurance etc.
