CMS Sofia has the knowledge and experience to advise on all kinds of competition/anti-trust law matters, such as: Merger Control, Investigations and Cartels, Abuse of dominance, Compliance matters, Competition litigation, Unfair Competition, Compliance programmes. 

The practice focuses on horizontal cooperation, vertical agreements and restraints, exclusive dealing, selective distribution, unfair competition, etc. under both European and Bulgarian law as well as multi-jurisdictional merger control and European Union competition enforcement. 

The competition team is highly experienced in antitrust audits; compliance trainings; advising on different kinds of projects from competition law perspective (for example, structuring of distribution and franchising systems, sales policies), representation before the competent authorities and in courts.
