Natasha leads Tech M&A at Freshfields. She is a corporate partner handling acquisitions, sales, carve outs, joint ventures, capital raising and governance matters for some of the firm's most important technology and communications clients. Her recent work reflects key themes in tech and communications, including: a carve out and radio access network infrastructure joint venture in Italy in less populated areas; cross border strategic M&A (including business and IP carve outs) and bolt-on acquisitions across Europe for US headquartered global tech players; a series G fund raise by a UK tech company attracting US investment, and fibre and tower infrastructure investment for various communications operators. Natasha is relationship partner for some of Freshfields’ key clients and advises boards of UK publicly traded companies on governance and strategic projects.
