Harnek is head of our Bahrain office and MENA energy and infrastructure projects group.

His practice focuses on major energy and infrastructure projects in the MENA region as well as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and financings in the oil and gas, power, water, health, education, real estate and district cooling sectors.

He represents a wide range of clients including corporates, sponsors, governments, export credit agencies, lenders, investors and contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects and investments many of which are both innovative and first of their kind. Harnek also has a close working relationship with the Government of Bahrain, with which he works frequently on a broad spectrum of mandates.
