Natasha Good

Natasha leads Freshfields’ global tech M&A practice. She advises on acquisitions, disposals, capital raising (including private capital funding rounds) and governance matters for some of the firm's most important technology and communications clients. Her recent work includes: cross border strategic M&A (including AVEVA Group on the takeover by Schneider Electric); bolt-on software acquisitions across Europe for US headquartered global tech players (including Carta’s acquisition of Vauban); fibre and radio access infrastructure investment and joint ventures for communications operators (including the rural radio access network joint venture in Italy for Wind Tre with Iliad); a sequence of acquisitions and a de-SPAC business combination and listing on NYSE for UK online platform Cazoo. Natasha is relationship partner for key clients of Freshfields and advises boards of publicly listed companies on governance, disclosure and strategy.
