Farid has a broad experience in corporate law, cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring. Born in Tehran, he is well accustomed to dealing with Iranian businesses, lawyers and regulators. He is additionally part of our CEE/CIS group. His industry focus is on financial institutions, aviation and general industries.

Career

Graduated from the University of Vienna (doctor juris). Farid joined the firm in 2005 and has been a partner since 2012.
