Nan focuses on the intersection of health care and technology, practicing regulatory law including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, HIPAA, health information privacy, and interoperability, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, and other compliance matters, helping arrange clients’ digital health strategies and arrangements.

Nan counsels health care and life sciences companies in government investigations, administrative audits and False Claims Act litigation. She advises health IT companies, health care providers and health plans on new health data sharing rules around interoperability, information blocking and patient access. She is known for practical solutions, a deep understanding of the health care industry and appreciation of her clients’ businesses, operations and health IT systems.

Nan has extensive experience counselling a range of health care providers and manufacturing entities along with technology companies on collaboration agreements, value-based arrangements, strategic data partnerships, mobile health solutions and applications, connected devices and breach incident response.
