Member of the administrative and public procurement team. Miguel has worked mainly in the areas of constitutional law, general administrative law, and public contracting. Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law of Lisbon University. Miguel has been a law clerk in the Portuguese Constitutional Court, between 2001 and 2007 and a member of the Supreme Council of the Fiscal and Administrative Courts (1991 to 1996).
