He has an extensive experience in Spanish and international corporate and real estate financing, including refinancing and debt restructuring. He frequently advises financial funds and institutions on buying and selling interests in syndicated loans and on acquiring non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.

Career

From 2011 to 2012, he worked at Cuatrecasas’s London office where he participated in several international transactions. He has lectured in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and speaks regularly on master programs and courses at Universidad Carlos III, Universidad CEU and Afi Global Education.
