Recent representative matters: Mobileye, Affirm and Dole in their IPOs; PLBY Group in its registered direct and rights offerings; Assembly Biosciences in its ATM; equity lines for Dragonfly Energy and Senti Biosciences; Jane Street Capital in its 144A debt offering; O’Reilly Automotive in its registered debt offerings; Southwestern Energy in debt, acquisition financing and liability management; AIMCO and AIR Communities in their spin-off transactions; and multiple deSPAC transactions, including for Eve Urban Air Mobility and SIGNA Sports United.
