Michał Mieciński has extensive experience advising international and local investors, funds and developers in complex real estate transactions in Poland and in the CEE region, including acquisitions and disposals of offices, hotels, student houses, PRS projects, retail schemes as well as warehouses.

He has high-level expertise in various types of real estate transactions and structures, including real estate M&A and Joint Ventures, portfolio transactions, sale and lease back, forward sale/purchase transactions, corporate and organisational restructurings, as well as financing and refinancing of real estate transactions.

Michał has also broad corporate, M&A and PE experience; in the past he has advised clients in CEE on various transactions in banking, insurance, consumer goods, automotive, healthcare, as well as the food and media sectors.

Career

Before joining CMS in 2021 as partner in the Real Estate and Construction Department in Poland, Michał was associated with the Warsaw office of Linklaters since its opening in Poland.
