CMS Real Estate & Construction team has over 30 years’ experience working with a diverse range of clients over many transaction types. Our clients include both international and domestic investors, developers and occupiers. They and their investments cover a number of jurisdictions. We are not only very experienced in cross-border transactions but also in assisting first-time investors in Poland find their feet.

Our respected and expanding team consists of almost 40 enthusiastic and experienced lawyers based in Warsaw and Poznan.

We are not only strong in development and investment matters relating to traditional real estate sectors-office/logistics/retail and residential but also in the newer real estate asset classes of student accommodation, renewable energy and hotels.

We see ourselves as part of our clients’ teams, working closely with them throughout the lifecycle of their properties. For occupiers we strive to ensure that the advice we give and the documentation we agree provides them with the opportunity to flourish in their new space. For investors/developers we take assets from acquisition through to sale, dealing along the way with JVs, financing, planning, environmental, construction, dispute resolution requirements, and finally any leasing and asset management.
