Michael specialises in corporate tax, particularly the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reorganisations, structuring, incentive programmes, and the tax aspects of financial transactions and financial products.

Michael has advised on a string of precedent-setting Danish and foreign M&A transactions, capital markets transactions and restructurings.

Co-author of a book about M&A transactions and several articles about tax and company law matters.
