Melissa Keane

Melissa specialises in foreign investment projects, sales and acquisitions and project developments, with particular emphasis on the energy sector and large-scale infrastructure, power and renewables projects, and energy regulatory investigations. She has advised international energy and infrastructure developers, investors and financiers on a range of renewable energy projects in Vietnam – ranging from solar, wind, waste-to-energy, through to offshore wind and floating solar. Melissa has also advised clients on LNG to power, offshore natural gas, petrochemical, and coal-fired power projects in Vietnam. Melissa works closely with the business community in Vietnam, having served as a board member on the Australian Chamber of Commerce over a number of years, and regularly assists embassies in Vietnam in navigating regulatory reforms, including in relation to the PPP law and renewable energy regulation.
