Megan Haines

Megan advises clients on regulatory matters, helping them get permits, developing, updating and following environmental compliance plans.

She also handles oil and gas commercial litigation, including lease termination and royalty claims, gas gathering agreement disputes, contractor claims, surface access disputes, joint operating agreement disputes, and joint interest billing/accounting disputes.
