Marta Gispert Soteras

Partner. Specialist in commercial litigation, and in court and arbitration proceedings. She advises well-known Spanish development and construction companies on pre-litigation and litigation disputes in relation to construction works for infrastructure and singular buildings. She also advises on disputes relating to real estate transactions, mainly involving the acquisition, sale and lease of property, including hotels, tourist complexes, shopping centers and office buildings.

She is an associate lecturer of civil law in the Bachelor of Laws at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She speaks regularly at courses and training seminars organized by several institutions.
