Career

Mark Ricciardi is the managing partner of the Las Vegas office. He represents hotels, casinos, government agencies and other employers in labor and employment matters and is one of the leading authorities in Nevada on wage-hour law. Ricciardi has successfully tried jury and bench trials in wrongful termination, retaliation, sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage-hour claims. He has also litigated unfair labor practice charges and union election objections before the National Labor Relations Board. Mark has conducted supervisory training in the areas of discrimination and harassment awareness, union avoidance, and employment law compliance.
