Mark Freedlander

Mark focuses his practice on a variety of interests in matters involving financial distress – both in and outside of court proceedings. Outside of court proceedings, he has represented financially distressed companies, lenders, vendors and acquirers of assets in numerous distressed transactions. In court supervised proceedings, Mark has represented debtors, Chapter 11 trustees, liquidating trustees, Chapter 11 plan sponsors, lenders, creditor committees, individual creditor interest and acquirers of assets. Mark works with private equity firms both with respect to financially distressed portfolio companies and with respect to distressed asset acquisitions.
