Maria Isabel is one of the founding partners of Bocater and has been practicing corporate law and capital markets for more than 25 years. She was the second women to serve as a director to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), after having held the positions of lawyer, manager, and legal superintendent of this commission. She also served as an alternate member of the National Financial System Appeals Board.
